        The Ajax Lighting® stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchases.  The Ajax Lighting lists product are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.  See Ajax Lighting limited warranty for details.

In addition, if you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Ajax Lighting, you can exchange your item(s) as follows:

• Items purchased online can be exchange exclusively at Ajax Lighting retail stores within 7 days of purchase 

• Items purchased in Ajax Lighting retail store must be exchanged in-store within 7 days of purchase

• Items purchased online using PayPal cannot be returned.

• You must have an original receipt to complete your exchange. 

• Items must be unused and unwashed.

        We only accept exchange within 7 days with the original package and receipt. Exchange an item without a receipt may not be accepted.

We do not have return policy, only exchange.

 

Warranty:

        A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced for one year from the date when purchasing.
